Embracing Space

Metamorphosis

In the world of design, sometimes less is more, and the Dogwood project is a perfect example of this philosophy in action. This quaint 1250 square foot home initially featured 8-foot ceilings and a wall that confined the kitchen to its own quarters. We've infused a sense of grandeur into this cozy space by removing this barrier and vaulting the ceiling to a magnificent 16 feet.

The kitchen underwent a complete metamorphosis — out with the old and in with new cabinetry, graced by natural stone countertops and a statement wood range hood. The redesigned layout now boasts a highly functional island, offering seating and prep space, truly making it the heart of the home. We've enhanced the kitchen's workflow by repositioning the refrigerator, turning the range and its decorative hood into a stunning focal point.

Every choice, driven by functionality and aesthetic appeal, contributed to a design that was delivered on time and within budget. The Dogwood transformation wasn't just a renovation; it was about reimagining the home's potential and bringing that vision to life. It stands as a testament to smart design — opening up not just a physical space, but the possibility for new memories and experiences in a home that feels both expansive and intimate.
